We ship within Canada and USA, appropriate shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Cool As A Moose Canada®. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any item purchased online within 30 days for a full refund.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please enclose a copy of your receipt, and be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address. Items returned for refund or exchange must be in original condition and packaging.

You may exchange any item purchased online within 30 days for a $15.00 charge to cover shipping and handling.
Please also note that return shipping costs back to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer.
